«Новые возможности» оказывает практическую помощь людям с психическими расстройствами, помогает им в восстановлении их социального статуса, защите их прав и интересов, помогает изменить представление о психически больных людях в общественном сознании, оказывает поддержку людям с психическими расстройствами и их семьям и помогает предотвратить инвалидность в результате психических заболеваний.

After Germany's defeat in World War I and the establishment of the Weimar Republic, a renewed liberal spirit allowed an upsurge of radical experimentation in all the arts, which had been suppressed by the old regime.
